Prevention starts earlier

PreventUs International healthier future.

PreventUs International helps organisations identify health risks at an earlier stage, provide better support for people and scale up preventive care.

Woman in nature

Prevention only works if people can participate easily.

Effective prevention is about more than just technology. It is about trust, accessibility and participation. That is why we build scalable, future-proof digital solutions that make screening, vaccination and the control of infectious diseases easier for citizens, professionals and organisations accessible.

How we work

Technology only creates value when it makes prevention more accessible, human and trustworthy.

AI

AI with a human touch

AI supports professionals, accelerates processes and helps organise prevention more intelligently.

AI should strengthen healthcare professionals, not replace them. That is one of our core design principles.

Within screening and prevention, AI helps organise programmes in a smarter and more accessible way. Risk stratification enables more targeted screening. AI-supported assessments speed up the processing of results, while healthcare professionals remain ultimately responsible. Call centres and administrative processes can also handle peak workloads and repetitive tasks more efficiently.

This creates more time for attention, expertise and personal contact.

Trust remains essential. That is why we develop AI solutions with privacy, transparency and human oversight as core principles. Using secure European data processing and traceable models that support professionals where they truly add value.

AI is and will remain a tool to make prevention programmes smarter, more scalable and more human.

Citizens & participation

Prevention only works when people participate

Accessibility, trust and simplicity increasingly determine whether people actually participate.

High participation in screening and vaccination programmes cannot be taken for granted. Accessibility, trust and simplicity determine whether people actually take part. Technology plays an important role in this.

For example, are citizens difficult to reach? Technology helps with up-to-date data, smart selection and communication through the right channel. Everyone deserves clear and accessible communication in the right language and at an appropriate reading level. Do people forget to participate? Then reminders, nudges and simple digital support can help. Doubts and concerns also deserve attention. It is important that citizens have easy access to reliable information and personal contact whenever they have questions.

We build the digital infrastructure that helps organisations better reach citizens and make participation easier. Because prevention only has impact when people are both able and willing to participate.

Data & trust

Good prevention starts with reliable data

Secure data exchange and interoperability form the foundation for scalable prevention.

Many healthcare organisations have access to large amounts of data, but this information is often spread across different systems and organisations. As a result, the complete picture needed to properly evaluate and improve prevention programmes is often missing.

We do not believe all data should exist in one central location. Instead, relevant information should come together securely and in a controlled way whenever needed. Through integrations, open standards such as HL7, FHIR and openEHR, and technology that supports organisations throughout the entire prevention pathway.

Better insight into selection, participation, results and follow-up care creates more control over effectiveness, quality and health impact.

Trust is a prerequisite. Privacy and security are fundamental principles in the way we design technology. This includes secure data exchange, clear authorisations and processing within European frameworks.

Because good prevention requires systems that work for organisations and inspire trust among citizens.
