Support for a healthier society

Save lives by early detection and prevention.

By identifying disease at an early stage, treatment becomes more effective, safer, and less burdensome for patients. PreventUs supports this by optimizing detection and screening processes and by bringing clarity, efficiency, and coordination across the entire care pathway.

Our goal is simple: to help people enjoy more healthy years of life. At the same time, we support healthcare systems in delivering timely, accessible, and sustainable care. This enables healthcare professionals to work more efficiently and frees up valuable time for what matters most: caring for people.

Our values

Our core values.

  • Preventive care through smart technology: Using our software technology, we support processes in preventive care — from making appointments to accessing records. We contribute to working more efficiently by automating these processes.

Our future vision vision

The future of screening is personal.

Vision | Screening (cancer & expansion)

Imagine a world in which we prevent disease more often than we cure it. Where an invitation to a population screening programme feels like a personal opportunity for more healthy years of life. That is the world we are working towards.

Screening is evolving rapidly. A blood test capable of detecting multiple cancers at once is no longer a distant vision of the future. Risk stratification makes it possible to offer every citizen the right screening at the right moment: less frequently where possible, more intensively where needed. At the same time, screening is expanding towards early detection of cardiovascular diseases, metabolic risks and new conditions.

Technology makes the difference by simplifying and personalising processes. Citizens gain control over participation, results and follow-up examinations through one digital environment. Healthcare professionals have more time for guidance and interpretation instead of administration. Organisations gain better insight into participation, outcomes and effectiveness.

We are building one digital foundation that shows who should be screened, who has participated and what results emerge from this. Not fragmented across different systems, but organised clearly and reliably.

Our ambition for 2030 is clear: reaching more than 30 million unique citizens with screening solutions that work in the Netherlands and beyond. Because prevention only creates real impact when participation becomes accessible and natural.

Ready for what we do not yet see coming

Vision | Infectious disease control

An outbreak does not wait for new software, implementations or meetings. That is why infectious disease control requires technology that immediately supports organisations when speed and overview are critical.

The future of infectious disease control is proactive, data-driven and adaptive.

The focus is shifting from reacting to continuously monitoring, detecting early signals and intervening in a targeted way. This requires a digital foundation that can scale quickly, flexibly support processes and bring together data flows from across the entire chain. Surveillance forms the beating heart of this approach. Real-time signals from laboratories, general practitioners, hospitals and citizens must come together into meaningful information. This allows new virus variants or local outbreaks to be recognised and addressed faster.

This requires open standards, strong interoperability and secure data exchange within European frameworks. At the same time, technology must remain practical, especially when capacity is limited and pressure increases.

Our ambition goes beyond existing tuberculosis control. We are building a platform where infectious disease control, vaccination and pandemic preparedness come together. A platform that accelerates collaboration and supports organisations whenever public health demands it.

Vaccination as a natural part of life

Vision | Vaccination

Vaccinations are among the most effective forms of prevention. At the same time, vaccination rates are under pressure and the need for clear communication, simplicity and trust continues to grow.

The future of vaccination? Citizens expect accessible services, clear information and simple digital support. Making, changing or confirming an appointment should be as easy as sending a message. Communication should match both the channel and the language people are comfortable with.

Overview also plays an important role. Citizens want to know which vaccinations they have received, when follow-up appointments are required and which vaccinations are relevant for family, work or travel. A digital vaccination booklet brings this together in one secure, multilingual and lifelong environment.

We see vaccination as part of integrated preventive healthcare. Together with screening and infectious disease control, technology helps make participation easier and strengthens trust.

Because high vaccination rates are created through convenience, clarity and trust.
