Selection

Based on the screening programme's criteria, PreventUs automatically determines who is eligible. This avoids a manual list that goes out of date. Each organisation can apply its own criteria while still remaining part of the same national system.

2 Step 02 / 06

Invitation

Women who are eligible are invited automatically, through the channel that works for them: letter, email, or text message, with a clear reminder if they don't respond. A good invitation translates directly into higher turnout.

3 Step 03 / 06

Scheduling

Women schedule their own appointment online, at a time and location that suits them. This means fewer no-shows and fewer phone calls to the front desk, and no waiting for a letter with a fixed date that doesn't work.

4 Step 04 / 06

Assessment

From the mammogram to double-blind reading, any consensus meetings, and a third reviewer when needed: every step follows strict medical standards. This gives a result that doctors can rely on, and data reliable enough to report on and compare across regions.

5 Step 05 / 06

Results

Results are shared quickly and securely through the client portal, in clear language. No one has to wait or work out what a result means.

6 Step 06 / 06

Referral

If further investigation is needed, the portal guides the woman straight to the right specialist or GP, with the handover linked to her file. This way, no one falls between screening and care, and the woman doesn't have to find her own way through that process.
